Originally an 18th-century barn, it has been lovingly restored using materials harvested from the property to preserve its authentic character while incorporating modern conveniences.

What type of wedding packages do you offer?

Whether you are planning a grand celebration or an intimate microwedding, The Barn at Hill Country has the perfect package for you! Please contact us for more information about our packages.

How long is the rental?

The Barn at Hill Country has a 14-hour rental from 9:00 am-11:00 pm with the last hour used for clean-up. You may extend your reception by 1 hour for an additional $250.

Are tables, chairs & table linens provided?

Yes. We have 66” round tables and 2 large farm tables to accommodate 180 people.  Padded wooden folding chairs for the reception and white wooden folding chairs for the outside ceremony are included. Basic table linens in a wide variety of colors are included with the option to upgrade.

Can I use my own caterer?

We invite you to contact us for a list of our list of top-notch caterers, each offering a wide array of menu choices tailored to suit every taste and budget. Our goal is to allow you to enjoy every moment while we take care of the details.

Can I choose my own vendors?

Yes. We have a list of preferred vendors who we highly recommend, or you may use your own vendors as long as they are insured and approved by The Barn at Hill Country.

Do I need a day-of coordinator?

Yes. To guarantee a seamless and enjoyable experience, we require you to have a day-of coordinator. While our dedicated team will have an on-site representative to assist with the facility’s needs, they will not be responsible for coordinating the day’s events.

Do you provide a space where the bridal party can relax and get ready for the ceremony?

Yes. We have two separate suites in the lower barn area for the bridal party to use for preparations before the ceremony. Each suite has a private bathroom.

Do you have indoor restrooms?

Yes, The Barn has three, large, indoor bathrooms.

Is The Barn at Hill Country open for weddings all year?

The Barn at Hill Country is available for weddings from approximately May 1- November 15 (weather depending).

Can I rent The Barn for other events?

Yes. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Are dogs allowed at the ceremony?

Yes. Dogs are allowed outdoors on the property for your ceremony. We ask that you do not bring dogs inside The Barn.

 

Can I have my ceremony inside The Barn?

In case of bad weather, you may have your ceremony inside of The Barn.

What decorations can I use?

All decorations must be approved by The Barn at Hill Country. Rice, confetti and glitter are prohibited. No candles or open flames are permitted (flameless candles only). Please keep in mind that all decorations and gifts must be removed during the last hour of your rental.
