Originally built in the late 1700s, the barn has been thoughtfully restored using materials harvested from the property, preserving its historic character while incorporating modern comforts.

What type of wedding packages do you offer?

The Barn at Hill Country offers a variety of wedding packages to accommodate celebrations of all sizes. From intimate micro weddings to weddings with up to 180 guests, we’ll help you choose the package that best fits your needs.

How long is the rental?

The Barn at Hill Country has a 14-hour rental from 9:00 am-11:00 pm with the last hour used for clean-up.

Are tables & chairs provided?

Yes. We have 66” round tables and 2 large farm tables to accommodate 180 people.  Padded wooden folding chairs for the reception and white wooden folding chairs for the outside ceremony are included.

Can I use my own caterer?

We’ve partnered with some of the area’s finest caterers, offering a variety of menu styles and price points to fit every wedding and budget. However, you’re welcome to use a caterer who is not on our preferred list, provided they are licensed and insured, meet our venue policies and guidelines, and receive prior approval from our Venue Coordinator. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for every couple.

Can I choose my own vendors?

Our preferred vendor list features experienced professionals who consistently provide exceptional service. You’re also welcome to use your own vendors, provided they meet our venue requirements, and are approved by The Barn at Hill Country.

Do I need a day-of coordinator?

Yes. To guarantee a seamless and enjoyable experience, we require you to have a day-of coordinator. While our dedicated team will have an on-site representative to assist with the facility’s needs, they will not be responsible for coordinating the day’s events.

Do you provide a space where the bridal party can relax and get ready for the ceremony?

Yes.  The Barn at Hill Country offers two private getting-ready suites on the lower level of the barn: The Groom’s Lounge and The Bridal Suite. The Groom’s Lounge provides a comfortable space to relax before the ceremony and includes a private bathroom. The Bridal Suite features a custom hair and makeup bar, private bathroom, and spacious lounge area.

Do you have indoor restrooms?

Yes, The Barn has three, large, indoor bathrooms.

Is The Barn at Hill Country open for weddings all year?

The Barn at Hill Country is available for weddings from approximately mid-April through mid-November, weather permitting.

Can I rent The Barn for other events?

Yes. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Are dogs allowed at the ceremony?

Dogs are welcome to participate in your outdoor ceremony, but we ask that they remain outdoors, as pets are not permitted inside the barn.

Can I have my ceremony inside The Barn?

Yes. We offer an indoor ceremony option inside the barn in the event of inclement weather.

What decorations can I use?

All decorations must be approved by The Barn at Hill Country. Decorations may not be nailed, screwed, stapled, or otherwise permanently attached to any walls, beams, doors, or other surfaces inside or outside the barn. Rice, confetti, glitter, and open flames are not permitted (flameless candles only). Please note that all decorations, gifts, and personal belongings must be removed during the final hour of your rental.
